Hey, guys. I tried to send an email last week, but it didn't go. It said the flowers delivered from my "Stinky Brother" last week when I was under the weather were absolutely gorgeous, as usual! The arrangement was so diverse with everything from yellow tulips to mums to pink roses.. lilies to Japanese iris and hydrangeas! You obviously use the best sources!

Addie’s created a big, bright, and beautiful arrangement for my Grandma’s 93rd birthday! It is absolutely gorgeous, and she just loves it! The flower arrangements are beautiful. Here is the only thing I would like you to do differently.
The bouquets have a side with no flowers, great for the front of the church. But a bouquet for the home needs to have flowers on all sides because it many time sits on a table. This is viewed from all sides.

My feedback has been positive from the recipients. I live out of town so haven't seen my orders in person. I'm hoping by what the cost of my orders were, that they were beautiful. I was happy with the ease of ordering and the delivery speed. I would like a more personal order option after a few orders. Something to make you continue to order from you.

I was over joyed by the arrangement. It was beautiful. We left for a week of vacation and it was still beautiful when we returned. We enjoyed it for almost a month, along with being able to dry the beautiful roses to continue to enjoy them with the gorgeous vase. Thank you so much.

I placed a flower and delivery order on Oct 26 at 12:10 pm. Soory I forgot the clerks name jeanie/Jeana?? but I was given exceptional customer service not only quickly but with a fair market price. My rating of 9 is based on so far the service as I have not had a chance to view the flowers (pending delivery. I purchase alot of flowers and if you can keep this level of service I will be a big return customer. Question I'm from rochester and where I used to shop has a preferred customer card giving 20% discounts etc. Does Addie's have such a program?
